Today's Bitterball and Croquette can no longer be described as "fast food", but more as "fast good", which can also be classified in the "haute friture" category. In addition to the classic Dutch Bitterball and Croquette, we also work with other ingredients and high-quality combinations of flavours such as halloumi & lemon, shrimp, chocolate, spinach & pesto, carrot & ginger.
People are nowadays willing to try different flavors and serve something different from the traditional recipes. The modern bitterball is very suitable to serve as a "tapa" during birthdays, weddings, gatherings and parties, or simply during a football match with a good glass of beer.
Order & Delivery
The production starts after placing your order. In that way we can guarantee that your Bitterballs & Croquettes are fresh. All our Bitterballs & Croquettes are delivered to you frozen.
The minimum order is 20 Croquettes or 45 bitterballs. For orders over 80 Croquettes or 180 Bitterballs, a discount of 10% is applicable. We only deliver to individuals and depending on the distance we might charge you a delivery fee.
The delivery date will be determined in consultation with you. Payment is upon delivery and due to the Corona Crisis, only via bank transfer.
Individuals who buy our products accept that our products are home made.

Since we are very proud of our hand & home made products and we guarantee freshness, we have of course a "money back" policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, you can return the product and we will return to you what you paid for it without any discussion.
